Meet the Chief of Leadership Development
Chris Cravens
Chris Cravens is a U.S. Marine Corps combat veteran, leadership consultant, and speaker dedicated to developing principled leaders who serve others. He served eight years as an infantry Marine during the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, deploying to Fallujah, Ramadi, Sangin, and Kajaki with 1st Battalion, 6th Marines. During this time, he led Marines as a team leader, squad leader, and platoon sergeant in some of the most demanding combat environments of the war.
Following his military service, Chris continued serving in national security roles, including assignments supporting senior defense leaders in Washington, D.C. Today, he works with organizations to build stronger leaders and teams through character-driven leadership, accountability, and servant leadership principles.
Chris is the founder of the 3C Foundation and the author of Adjacent to Marine Corps Greatness: A Memoir of Servant Leadership, where he shares lessons from combat, leadership, and the responsibility of leading others.
